Sponsor Expectations
We offer 10 sponsor slots exclusively. Sponsors will receive placement and promotional recognition on our website and in our social media posts. Sponsor funds are used to provide community scholarships to local graduates each year.
Deliverables & Deadlines
Artwork deadline: final logo and branding files are due at least 4 weeks before the event. Acceptable formats include vector (.AI, .EPS, .SVG, WebP) and high-resolution PNG/JPG. Please contact our team for exact size and placement specifications.
Logo Specifications
Provide original, unaltered logo files with full-color and monochrome variants. Include clear-space and minimum-size versions; do not submit edited or filtered versions. If you need assistance preparing artwork, our design team can help.

Join us after the photo deadline for the official awards ceremony. Hot dogs, hamburgers, chips, and cold drinks will be available for purchase. All food sales and entry fees directly support the Lodge to keep our community programs running.

How can I become a sponsor?
Complete the 'Become a Sponsor' purchase on this site and complete the form. We'll contact you to get a high-resolution image of your logo and any information you would like us to communicate.
What sponsorship levels and benefits are available?
The standard sponsor package is $333.33 and includes prominent logo placement on the clue card, on-site recognition, permanent logo placement on our event website, and social media tagging.
How will my logo and brand be used?
Your logo will appear on event signage, promotional materials, and the event website. We will confirm placement and usage prior to final production.
What are the artwork and deadline requirements?
Please provide original, high-resolution logo files by July 1 to guarantee placement. Late submissions may reduce or delay visibility.
What onsite recognition and activation opportunities exist?
Sponsors receive on-site mentions and signage, and may be offered a table or activation space if they donate a prize to the event. Specific onsite needs can be coordinated in advance.

These funds will help fund three $1,000 scholorarships, plus plaques, etc. We provide two scholarships to Johnson High School, and one to Hays High School (Kyle Lodge provides the other $1,000 scholarship to Hays High School, as well as two to Lehman High School). We welcome your support to help desrving young community members get the best start possible.
