Hunt Rules
Team Size
Teams must consist of 4-5 participants plus exactly 1 adult chaperone to keep everyone safe.
Entire Group Visible
Every clue photo must clearly show your whole team and the required landmark or location background.
No Editing/AI
Keep it authentic. No filters, digital altering, or AI-generated images are permitted in submissions.
Walking Range Only
All locations are within walking range of the Lodge. Please obey pedestrian safety rules at all times.

Common Questions
Who can participate in the scavenger hunt?
We welcome families, students, youth groups, and community teams! It's a great way to bring everyone together for a fun day in downtown Buda while supporting local scholarships.
Do we need an adult chaperone?
Yes. Every team of 4-5 participants must be accompanied by at least one adult chaperone to ensure a safe, organized, and enjoyable experience for everyone on the route.
Can we drive to the photo locations?
No, the entire scavenger hunt route is designed to be within walking distance of the Lodge and old downtown Buda. Enjoy the stroll and please follow all pedestrian safety rules.
Are we allowed to edit our photos?
No. To keep things fair and authentic, no edited, filtered, altered, or AI-generated photos are permitted. Your photos must also clearly show your entire team and the required background.
What do the sponsorships support?
All $333.33 sponsorship proceeds directly benefit local scholarships for youth in our community. Event entry fees and BBQ food sales help support the Lodge kitty.
